القبول بالكلية

القبول بالكلية
مدة الدراسة:
خمس سنوات – فصلين دراسيين / عام.

شروط القبول:
أن يكون الطالب حاصلاً على:شهادة الثانوية العامة – القسم العلمي أو ما يعادلها.
مواد الالتحاق بالكلية:
الكيمياء – الفيزياء – الأحياء + مادة علمية أخرى + مادة أدبية.

متطلبات الالتحاق بالكلية

الطلبة المصريون:
صورة تحقيق شخصية.
أصل شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
أصل شهادة الميلاد.
( 6 ) صور شخصية حديثة.
نموذج ( 2 ) خدمة عسكرية.

الطلبة الاجانب:
صورة جواز السفر.
شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها موثقة من السفارة المصرية.
أصل شهادة الميلاد.
( 6 ) صور شخصية حديثة.

الإجراءات المتبعة لنظام القيد وسداد الرسوم الدراسية بالكلية

أولا: يتقدم الطالب إلى ادارة شئون التعليم والطلاب بالكلية بأوراقه المذكورة أعلاه.
ثانيا: على الطلاب عمل إجراءات الكشف الطبى بمستشفى الجامعة حسب المواعيد المحددة.
ثالثا:
يتقدم الطالب إلى الموظف المختص بإدارة شئون التعليم و الطلاب بالكلية
لاستخراج إذن سداد الرسوم الدراسية و ذلك بعد مراجعة ملفات الطلاب و نتيجة
الكشف الطبى.
أ‌- يتم سداد الرسوم الدراسية المقررة بخزينة الكلية و استلام الإيصالات الدالة على سداد الرسوم الدراسية.
ب‌- يتم تسليم صورة من إيصال السداد إلى:-
- الموظف المختص بإدارة شئون التعليم و الطلاب لتسجيل رقم الإيصال و تاريخ السداد.
- و صورة من الإيصال إلى مركز الكمبيوتر بالكلية لاستخراج البطاقة الجامعية مع التصوير للحصول على الصورة الشخصية للطالب.
ج- تعلن قوائم أسماء الطلاب و أرقام الجلوس بلوحة الإعلانات بالكلية.

For Egyptians:

· The Academic Finances ranging from
15000 L.E or less , must be paid in one batch before the beginning of
the Academic Year. · The Academic Finances ranging more than 15000 L.E
are divided into two payments,at a minimum of 15,000 being paid before
the Academic Year begins. · The Second payment must be paid at the
beginning of December. · Egyptian New Comers must pay 1500 L.E usage for
laboratories , with the first payment. · Non Payment in the scheduled
time may deprive the student from the advantage of the division of
payments in the following years in addition to the payment of an extra
500 L.E as re-enrollement at the University. · The student could not be
released from the University until the full payment of the Academic
Fees. · The Student has the right to recover Academic fees before the
beginning of the Academic year minus a management fee of 25% from the
total fees assessed by the faculty within 15 days from the start of the
Academic Year.

For Non-Egyptians:

· The Academic Fees must be
paid in one batch before the Academic Year starts.

· New Comers must pay 350$ usage for the laboratories with the
first payment.

· Non Payment in the scheduled time may lead the student to the
payment of an extra 100$ as re-enrollement at the University.

· The Student has the right to recover Academic fees before the
beginning of the Academic year minus a management fee of 25% from the
total fees assessed by the faculty within 15 days from the start of the
Academic Year.

Documents and Credentials Required :

· Completed application for
admission form.

· Official certificate of general secondary education.

· 6 personal recent photographs.

· Form 2 “ GOND “ (For Male Egyptian Students).

· Copy of ID card or passport.

· Official Birth certificate.

Students seeking admission to the university must fill in an application
form, which can be obtained at the Bursar’s office at a non-refundable
fee of LE 100. Completed application forms should be submitted to the
office of admission and registration. The Office of Admission carefully
and promptly reviews the applications and the supporting documents.
Qualified applicants are promptly given a Letter of Acceptance. In
certain cases, the application may be placed on a waiting list or
referred to the respective college for final decision .

NB: Egyptian Students who have acquired the " Thanwia Amma " certificate
outside Egypt must document the required papers from The Egyptian
Embassy which provided them with "Thanwia Amma" certificate and also
from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
